Rising high above the marina are two iconic towers,visible from both landand sea.

Over 100 meterstall, the towers stand out in splendour like beacons welcoming seafarers

residents and visitors alike. Their twisting forms are inspired by the female figure and draped robes of caryatids and sculptures found at archaeological sites throughout Cyprus. Their facades are articulated with a filigree of warm-toned vertical sunshades suggestive of the woodcraft and detail of ship-building.

Both towers have T-shaped plans that twist approximately 1.6 degrees per floor, rotating west to east as they ascend to take full advantage of the breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the marina and coastlines stretching in either direction. The highest floors are oriented towards the east, overlooking some of the most spectacular beaches in the world.

3,2,1 or 4 bedroom apartments including penthouses on the top two floors, is located at the commercial hub of the marina offering a vibrant and bustling environment for residents and guests.

Just steps away from their front door, residents can enjoy the tower’s wide array of services and facilities. These include an expansive amenity deck overlooking the marina and sea with an infinity edge pool, cabanas, and an outdoor bar.

Just as the East Tower, it too has a private amenity deck overlooking the marina, with cabanas, a refreshment bar and two separate pool areas of which one is specifically tailored to families.

The spacious lobbies of both towers have an undulating sculptural ceiling soaring 12 meters above the floor, and are surrounded by an all-glass exterior curtain wall with structural glass mullions. This allows an abundance of natural light to flow in and offers direct views of the marina.

Taking full advantage of one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the Mediterranean, the apartments are uniquely shaped to ensure that all living areas, including bedrooms, are oriented towards the water and beaches; while the concept of modern, open plan designs maximize daylight and views.

Exterior walls are predominantly 2.8-meter-high glass, with covered verandas outside all living areas. Bedrooms have large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, while living rooms have full-height folding glass doors that when opened create an extension of the living area out onto the veranda.


At the top two levels of each tower are full-floorpenthouse apartments that feature 360-degreepanaromic views.

Each penthouse is over 450 m2 and has higher ceilings than the rest of the apartments offering an exterior glass facade of approximately 3.5 meters. The modern open-plan living and dining areas can be extended out onto the veranda by opening the full height glass walls. As well as an entire private “family wing” of bedrooms including a master suite, the penthouses provide an additional room that can be used as an office, recreation or home entertainment room.

Restaurant reservations and event planning are undertaken by our personnel so you can fully enjoy your experience at Ayia Napa Marina. For yacht owners these facilities are complimented by special services available in the marina such as deliveries, sewage pumpout, etc.
