M.M. Makronisos Marina Ltd has signed a concession agreement with the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism on the 27th of April 2012 for Design, Finance, Build and Operation of the Ayia Napa Marina.
Designed by US-based architecture, engineering and planning firm, SmithGroupJJR, a firm whose mission is to create a legacy of inspiring places that enhance the environment and enrich the human experience.
Ayia Napa Marina is the realisation of the dream and vision of the project’s partners, Cypriot entrepreneur Gerasimos Caramondanis and Egyptian investor Naguib Sawiris who have joined forces to implement a long term strategic plan, aiming to set a new standard for premier luxury seafront marina living in the Mediterranean and become the first choice destination for boaters, residents and guests.
